Dawn Owen-Harris has been involved with community groups in Ardwick, Longsight and Moss Side for many years and have held voluntary and trustee roles in several groups. Dawn worked as an Accountant/Auditor for a company for some time before working in private sector healthcare management. Having a strong background in Finance and Business Management encouraged her to become self-employed. This enabled her flexibility to voluntarily participate in local and community activities. She expresses a keen interest in grassroots sports availability and delivery in her local area. Dawn has two children, one in college and the other at primary school.
